A New and Improved Subaru Dealership is Coming Soon to Covington, LA

  

Excitement is on the horizon as a brand-new, revamped dealership prepares to make its debut for both Baldwin Subaru customers and the Northshore community! Baldwin Motors is undergoing a transformation, converting its existing establishment into a dedicated Subaru dealership, set to be unveiled by December 2023. While we make our way through the construction process, some temporary adjustments will be in place for our valued customers, affecting aspects like parking, the service drive, and waiting areas. However, the wait will be more than worthwhile, given the remarkable features and design enhancements of our upcoming building, poised to elevate the customer experience to unprecedented heights.

A Legacy Since 1950

For over seven decades, Baldwin Motors has been a proud pillar of service to the Northshore and its neighboring areas since 1950. Our location at 1730 North Hwy 190 Covington has stood for more than 30 years, and the time has come for a substantial overhaul. We are converting our Baldwin Lincoln - Subaru dual dealership into a stand-alone Subaru dealership. This building renovation will come with exciting new upgrades such as a top-of-the-line service department and shop expansion, an EV (Electric Vehicle) charge park, a dedicated dog park, and a kids' playground. 

Pardon Our Progress

During this transitional period, the ongoing construction may result in minor inconveniences for both our valued patrons and diligent staff members. However, it is important to note that our sales, service, and parts departments are fully operational, ready to provide the usual excellent service. As we do our best to minimize the disturbance to our customers during construction, please be aware that the dealership may not be best suited for pets and children. The indoor construction noise will be loud while the outdoor areas such as customer parking and the service drive will be affected. 

Navigating the Temporary Service Drive 

To ensure uninterrupted service, we've established two white tents on the right side of our premises, which will serve as temporary service drive. Simply pull up to one of the tents and you will either be greeted by an employee or directed into the building. During this period, our service reception area has been temporarily relocated to the sales floor. To minimize the inconvenience of the noise, we are pleased to offer a complimentary shuttle service if you need transportation home or to work. Additionally, our Mobile Service appointments provide the convenience of either completing basic service at your preferred location or transporting your vehicle to our shop. our shop. 

Anticipated Completion 

The transformation of our building, along with its expansion, is projected to be finalized by this December. With an entirely reimagined sales floor, state-of-the-art service drive, and inviting customer lounges, we are confident that our community will love the upcoming enhancements. We hope to ring in the new year with a much-improved building for our customers to experience and we are excited to extend an invitation to all of you to our grand opening event, where we will come together to celebrate this significant milestone.
